The month of September was a busy one for Aerial Photo Media and the drone industry as a whole. Drones have become more and more of a staple in our every day life through hobbyists, professional photographers, and specifically the real estate industry. It’s great to see the drone industry evolving so rapidly and I’m more than grateful to have launched Aerial Photo Media at the beginning of this new frontier.
Speaking of the real estate industry, I had the pleasure of working with a lovely real estate agent, Donna Madden with Alain Pinel Realtors, in the Danville area of the East Bay Area of California, specifically the area known as Diablo. I had never spent much time in Diablo and really had no clue what I was getting in to. Little did I know that Diablo is actually an incredibly quaint little town with amazing nature scenery tucked against the foothills at the base of Mt. Diablo.
Upon driving up to my clients address, 2381 Alameda Diablo, I was greeted by a stretch of gorgeous homes within the Diablo Country Club. Upon arriving at the home, a family of deer sat casually at the base of the driveway, basking in the Autumn sunshine. It was almost surreal to know that this beautiful setting of nature was so close to the nearby cities.
Donna and her husband Richard were a blast to work for, they were incredibly kind, and generous (Roger shared his home made concoction of Lemonade & Grapefruit Juice).
Anyone who is interested in relocating to the Bay Area should give Diablo a good hard look. The neighborhood is clean, safe, and beautiful. The homes are very affordable considering the amount of property and size compared to neighboring affluent communities.
I also highly recommending hiring Donna for real estate services in the Diablo area as she is local to the region and very familiar with the layout of the real estate business in Diablo. Here is her website: http://www.apr.com/dmadden/
Take a look at the video below, it was filmed by Aerial Photo Media, for Donna Madden with Alain Pinel Realtors.
Cheers and fly safely!
